Whistleblowing Reporting Channel

Cenergi is committed to conducting its business and operations with integrity, transparency, and accountability. We encourage employees, subsidiaries, vendors, business partners, and members of the public to report any suspected wrongdoing or improper conduct in good faith.
This whistleblowing reporting channel provides a secure avenue for legitimate concerns to be raised and addressed appropriately. Reports submitted in good faith will be handled with due care and in accordance with established procedures.

What can be reported

You are encouraged to report any suspected misconduct, wrongdoing, or improper conduct, including but not limited to:

  • Criminal offences by the Cenergi Group’s employees and directors including fraud, corruption, or abuse of power.
  • Misuse of Cenergi Group’s funds or assets.
  • Gross mismanagement within Cenergi Group.
  • Breach of Cenergi Group’s Code of Business Conduct and Employee Handbook by its employees.
  • Breach of Cenergi Group’s policies.
  • Assisting a person to commit any of the above instances of improper conduct; and
  • Detrimental action taken against Whistleblowers or persons closely associated with Whistleblowers.

Confidentiality and protection

Individuals may raise concerns in confidence and without fear of reprisal. Cenergi is committed to ensuring that the identity of any whistleblower is kept confidential to the extent reasonably practicable and permitted by law.

You are required to provide your contact details to facilitate follow-up and investigation. All reports will be reviewed objectively, and verified concerns will be addressed fairly, independently, and confidentially. The identity of the whistleblower will not be disclosed without their consent, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary for the purposes of a fair and thorough investigation.

The Company will take all reasonable steps to safeguard the whistleblower from retaliation, victimization, harassment, discrimination, or any other adverse treatment arising from the submission of a report. Any person found to have engaged in retaliatory actions against a whistleblower will be subject to appropriate action.

Guidance for submitting a report

To assist the review process, please provide as much relevant information as possible, including:

  • The nature of the concern;
  • The name(s) of the person(s) involved;
  • The date, time, and place of the incident, where available;
  • Any supporting documents or evidence; and
  • Your contact details, for the management to contact for follow-up

Reports made in good faith will be treated seriously and reviewed in accordance with the Company’s established procedures.
