Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • To support Management in driving company’s vision, mission, sustainability agenda and strategies
  • Annual planning of the Group’s Business Plan and Balanced Scorecard (Corporate KPI)
  • Monitoring of company’s overall performance
  • Monitor and understand trends as well as policy to identify opportunities, challenges and impact to the business
  • Develop Annual Group’s Business Plan which includes:
    • Coordinate with management team and heads of business units to collate inputs.
    • Coordinate with Finance functions on projections and budgets to support Business Plan.
  • Develop Corporate Balanced Scorecard and KPI monitoring, including:
    • communication and tracking of teams / business units
    • identifying gaps to achieving targets
    • working with business units to solve problems/issues in achieving targets
  • Develop and implement Group sustainability strategies
  • Support corporate exercises, e.g. debt fundraising
  • Develop Group Sustainability Report

Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance
Key Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or related; 
  • Master’s Degree and/or professional qualifications (eg: ACCA, CFA and etc.) are desirable and added advantage; 
  • Relevant working experience of up to 4 – 6 years would be an added advantage; 
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial modelling (Microsoft Excel);
  • A team player with good leadership qualities and is committed to work, driven, proactive, organised, resourceful and is able to work independently with minimum supervision 

 

Key Responsibilities and duties 

 

  • Run project financial analysis and investment calculation and to assist in preparation of documentation for internal approvals; 
  • Provide on-going support to investment projects post-close; 
  • Plan, manage and conduct detailed due diligence activities (including sourcing and appointment of third-party advisors as appropriate) and prepare reports after due diligence is completed (M&A); 
  • Carry out investment viability analyses together with the Company’s financial analysts; 
  • Assisting on the project financing as well as will be the liaison for the financing process; 
  • Perform financial analysis and performance review of business units within the Group, including (but not limited to) project accounting, costing and return on investment analysis to support senior management’s investments decision; 
  • Establish and implement accounting procedures, policies, internal controls, corporate governance and ensure compliance to local statutory requirements at all times; 
  • Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations; 
  • Arrange new sources of finance and debt facilities where relevant; 
  • Drive the implementation of business best practice and processes, including keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation; 
  • Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the Financial Controller and GCFO; and 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management as and when is necessary.

Assistant Manager, Finance

Work Location: HQ Office, Dataran PHB

 

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree of Accountancy
  • Certified professional qualification (ACCA, ICAEW or CFA)
  • Possess at least 5 years working experience in related field with minimum of 1 year of supervisory role
  • Proficient and independent in application of IFRS/MFRS and tax regulation
  • Strong analytical skill and attention to details and able to independently prepare financial and reporting deliverables
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, etc.) and experience in usage of SAP/Microsoft/Oracle accounting system preferred

 

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • To oversee and lead finance team as well as to prepare, assist and review finance and reporting deliverables including financial accounting and management reporting, taxation, etc. for internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead, supervise and oversee reporting team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reporting and management information and report
  • Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial information to management on monthly basis
  • Responsible for preparation of financial information in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements (eg MFRS, etc.) for statutory and/or regulatory audit and reporting
  • Provide accounting assistance to business and operation units, responds to financial questions/ concerns to meet business needs

Plant Head cum Chargeman B0-11kV – Astana Endah, Manjung, Perak
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Electrical – BO 11KV from ILSAS TNB Integrated Learning Solution or Bachelor’s degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or preferably both;
  • At least 4 – 5 year(s) of working experience in biogas industry, power industry, palm oil mill or related field is required for this position;
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English;
  • Experience in managing operating staff, dealing and negotiating with contracted staff and contractors;
  • Experience in facility management and power generation fields are an advantage;
  • Operating, process control and plant troubleshooting experience;
  • Have hands on experience in electrical, control and/or mechanical maintenance works related to chillers, pumps, motors, and engines; and
  • Any Allen Bradley PLC, ABB controllers and inverters experience is preferable.

 

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Fully in charge of stepping up transformer room, electrical and instrumentation installation;
  • Supervise operation team and contractors, manage operations, maintenance and servicing of the plants and work with the feedstock supplier (mill) to ensure continuous running of the plants;
  • Monitor and inspect equipment, computer terminals, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks of malfunctions and to ensure equipment is operating in good condition;
  • Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of all equipment and electrical instrument within internal capability;
  • Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practice in order to deliver quality field operation;
  • Order replacement parts, communicate, direct, and manage contractors on maintenance or repairing tasks;
  • Conduct technical and safety trainings to Operators and Engine Drivers / Shift Supervisors;
  • In-charge of Safety officer in development of safety documentation;
  • Manage and direct assigned operation resources and contractors to ensure proper planning and timely execution of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works;
Senior Engineer - Bio-Energy
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or related.
  • Professional qualifications (eg: ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.) are desirable and added advantage.
  • Relevant working experience of up to 3-5 years in Biogas Industry  would be an added advantage.
  • Good written and oral command of English.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Responsible to analyse the Biogas / BioCNG potential industry in the market.
  2. Prepare Financial Modelling for Biogas / BioCNG
  3. Evaluate and determine the technical requirement to set up a Biogas / BioCNG plant. 
  4. Manage stakeholder’s requirements on Biogas / BioCNG
  5. Prepare and present business proposal for biogas / BioCNG stakeholder
  6. Coordinate and manage meeting session and discussion session with Biogas / Biocng stakeholders

Engineer / Senior Engineer, Biomass
Key Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a heavy industrial industry, preferably in wood, paper, or palm oil industry
  • Strong competence in writing, business presentations and interpersonal communication
  • Meticulous, Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Closely monitor overall project costs to ensure no overruns.
  • Improve throughput and reduce variation, improve reliability of the equipment, and generate more consistency and uptime of an existing biomass pellet plant.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all factors and conditions that impact the processes, product, and equipment reliability.

Executive, Company Secretary

Key Requirements

 

  • ICSA Graduate/ Bachelor Degree in Law/ Corporate Administration/Business Administration or related with at least 2 – 3 years of Company Secretary work experience;
  • Being a member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA);
  • Well versed in the provisions of the Companies Act 2016;
  • Familiar with MS Words, SSM- MYCOID & MBRS system.
  • Experience in minutes writing for Board/Board Committee/ Management Meeting.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

 

  1. To provide full range of company secretarial duties for the Group and ensure full compliance with the latest Companies Act 2016, Corporate Governance and other relevant rules and regulations.
  2. To ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns, forms and documents for submission to the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies.
  3. To ensure proper maintenance and updating of filing of statutory records which include registers, resolutions, minutes and returns.
  4. To ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, memorandum and articles of association, shareholders’ agreements and other relevant guidelines.
  5. To assist the Head in the pre-and post Management Committee meetings, Board of Directors’ /Board Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings including but not limited to the preparation of meeting agenda, notice of meetings, meeting calendar and compilation of board papers and preparation of minutes of meeting.
  6. To ensure that Minutes of Board/ Board Committee, Management Committee, Shareholders Meetings and Director’ Circular Resolutions are prepared accurately on a timely basis;
  7. To ensure that the meeting papers, minutes of meeting, decisions, resolutions and policies decided at all meetings are circulated and disseminated to the Board, Management and other relevant parties on a timely basis, and also to follow up on their implementation accordingly.
  8. To liaise with regulatory bodies and/or relevant authorities and advisors such as Companies Commission of Malaysia, lawyers, auditors and etc.
  9. To advise on all statutory requirements, including those under the Companies Act 2016.
  10. To update the Boards of Directors on any amendments or updates on the Acts, regulations and any other relevant legislation.
