Perform a wide range of account activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.
Plan and control the company’s cash flow, funding, and budget allocation.
Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management.
Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Electrical – BO 11KV from ILSAS TNB Integrated Learning Solution or Bachelor’s degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or preferably both;
At least 4 – 5 year(s) of working experience in biogas industry, power industry, palm oil mill or related field is required for this position;
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English;
Experience in managing operating staff, dealing and negotiating with contracted staff and contractors;
Experience in facility management and power generation fields are an advantage;
Operating, process control and plant troubleshooting experience;
Have hands on experience in electrical, control and/or mechanical maintenance works related to chillers, pumps, motors, and engines; and
Any Allen Bradley PLC, ABB controllers and inverters experience is preferable.
Fully in charge of stepping up transformer room, electrical and instrumentation installation;
Supervise operation team and contractors, manage operations, maintenance and servicing of the plants and work with the feedstock supplier (mill) to ensure continuous running of the plants;
Monitor and inspect equipment, computer terminals, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks of malfunctions and to ensure equipment is operating in good condition;
Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of all equipment and electrical instrument within internal capability;
Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practice in order to deliver quality field operation;
Order replacement parts, communicate, direct, and manage contractors on maintenance or repairing tasks;
Conduct technical and safety trainings to Operators and Engine Drivers / Shift Supervisors;
In-charge of Safety officer in development of safety documentation;
Manage and direct assigned operation resources and contractors to ensure proper planning and timely execution of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works;
Communication focal point to operational stakeholders including: Distribution Licensee (TNB), feedstock supplier, contractors, equipment vendors, respective government authorities, and supporting team members;
To be aware of, and to ensure compliance and renewal of respective government authorities’ licenses, permits, and procedures at all time;
Prepare daily and weekly plant performance reports; and
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management as and when is necessary.

Diploma or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering.
Energy Commission Certificate of Competency (Electrical) is an added advantage.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in plant operations and maintenance.
A one (1) year of working experience in energy efficiency or solar plant operation will be an added advantage.
Experience in electrical power systems, solar PV plant or energy efficiency will be an added advantage.
Basic verbal and written skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Basic knowledge of tools.

Perform a wide range of solar operations and energy efficiency activities at Sabah for the division to facilitate efficient operation of the organisation.
Solar
Support overall activities within solar section.
Maintain operation and maintenance logs and relevant check sheet.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhere to all safety procedures.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works under supervision including performing diagnostic and analytic tests using PV test kits.
Install replacement panel and inverter.
Lifting heavy materials such as solar panel and inverters, climbing ladders, and moving about on roofs.
Clean solar panel.
Identify and communicate the need for spare parts.
Stay up to date on local, state, and national codes to install and maintain panels according to regulations.
Data acquisition and reporting of energy meter and solar software.
Energy Efficiency
Support overall activities within energy efficiency section.
Support operations and maintenance activities of energy efficiency equipment on daily basis.
Ensure all energy savings equipment under the energy savings program performs to achieve its target energy efficient usage.
Operate chiller plant.
Prepare safety report.
Monitor contractors works.
Manage energy savings equipment operation hours.
Detect faulty operations, defective parts, and report those with unusual situations to immediate supervisor.
Others
Liaise with clients’ representatives and related parties including OEM, suppliers, service providers, etc.
Provide timely written report from field operation, status, and constructive feedback as requested.

ICSA Graduate/Bachelor Degree in Law/Corporate Administration/Business Administration or related with at least 2 – 3 years of Company Secretary work experience;
Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) would be or member of MAICSA is an advantage;
Well versed in the provisions of the Companies Act 2016;
Familiar with MS Words, SSM- MYCOID & MBRS system.

Material Management:
Perform purchasing, delivery planning, delivery control and stock control of materials.
Procurement:
In-charge of procurement process and documentation in compliance to company policy.
Sourcing, negotiating price and reviewing supplier performance and implement cost reduction and cost saving activities especially for Biogas equipment and spare parts from overseas. Identify qualify potential new vendors in order to secure more costs effective products and quality.
Plan, manage and conduct detailed due diligence activities (including sourcing and appointment of 3rd party advisors as appropriate) and prepare reports after due diligence is completed.
Compile and update all vendors and spare parts list into “Vendors and Spare Parts Master lists” for individual plants.
Regular audit on spare part inventory for all plants and prepare reports to Head of Bioenergy/Regional Manager
Project and Statutory Application:
Run project financial analysis and investment calculation and to assist in preparation of documentation for internal approvals.
Provide on-going support to investment projects post-close.
Dealing with Custom and to obtain MIDA approvals for tax exemption.
Assisting in obtaining government agencies approvals such as SEDA, GTFS, REPPA, DOE, DOSH and etc. Conduct technical assessments, run investment calculation and analysis on engineering aspects of renewable energy projects or systems.
Plan, manage and conduct detailed due diligence activities (including sourcing and appointment of 3rd party advisor as appropriate) and prepare reports after due diligence is completed.
Carry out investment viability analyses together with the Company’s financial analysts.
Assist in preparation of documentation for internal approvals.
Provide on-going support to investment projects post-close.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or related;

To assist the Manager on the sales target, strategies and annual project pipeline;
To explore, identify and evaluate new leads and new markets particularly for solar and energy efficiency business;

Diploma/Sijil in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent, or poses and electrical certificate of competency A0 or A1 or FMA Internal Combustion Engine Driver Certificate.
1-2 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of internal combustion engine.

Operate anaerobic digester, biogas treatment system and stationary Biogas engines to ensure that no interruption on the plant operation;
Observes and interpret readings on gauges and meters to ensure all installed equipment in proper operation;
Adjusts controls to regulate ignition, governor, lubrication and cooling systems, and load distribution between engines;
Observes operation of gas engine equipment to detect malfunctions;
Maintain daily logs of engine operation;
Assist Plant Head in start-up, shut-down and normal operations of the plant systems;
Assist in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works as directed and as needed;
Reset alarmed equipment on plant panels; be able to identify the alarms which occurred in the electric panels and equipment protection and to correct all abnormalities that occur in this equipment;
Identify and communicate the need for spare parts;
Report/notify any plant trip or sudden plant shutdown to Plant Head;
Perform any other duties as assigned by Plant Head/Management as and when is necessary.
