Executive, Supply Chain Management

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Understand and perform procurement activities such as monitoring the Purchase Requisition (PR), Request for Quotation (RFQ), negotiating price, payment terms, implement cost reduction and cost saving activities.
  • Issue Purchase Order (PO) issuance and reviewing supplier performance, assist department head in processing the invoices obtained from the suppliers.

Shift Supervisor, Classic Biogas Power Plant (Gemas, Negeri Sembilan)

Key Requirements
  • 1st/2nd Grade FMA Internal Combustion Engine Driver Certificate is an advantage.
  • Diploma/Sijil in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent, or poses an electrical certificate of competency A0 or A1.
  • 1-2 years experience in the operation and maintenance of internal combustion engine.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English;
  • General computer skills.
  • Being self-disciplined, a quick learner and motivated to learn;
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks as directed.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records as directed.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Operate anaerobic digester, biogas treatment system and stationary Biogas engines to ensure that no interruption in the plant operation.
  2. Observes and interpret readings on gauges and meters to ensure all installed equipment in proper operation.
  3. Adjusts controls to regulate ignition, governor, lubrication and cooling systems, and load distribution between engines.
  4. Observes operation of gas engine equipment to detect malfunctions.
  5. Maintain daily logs of engine operation.
  6. Assist Plant Head in start-up, shut-down and normal operations of the plant systems.
  7. Assist in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works as directed and as needed.
  8. Reset alarmed equipment on plant panels; be able to identify the alarms which occurred in the electric panels and equipment protection and to correct all abnormalities that occur in this equipment.
  9. Identify and communicate the need for spare parts.
  10. Report/notify any plant trip or sudden plant shutdown to Plant Head.
  11. Perform any other duties as assigned by Plant Head/Management as and when is necessary.

Shift Technician, Classic Biogas Power Plant (Gemas, Negeri Sembilan)

Key Requirements
  • At least Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia/SPM/one (1) year of working experience in plant operation.

  1. To assist the Manager on the sales target, strategies and annual project pipeline;

Key Requirements

Engineer, Operations & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Perform a wide range of support activities for the O&M Department to facilitate the efficient O&M of Cenergi’s power plants, including but not limited to:

  1. Monitor and ensure all deliverables of the O&M contract is fulfilled.
  2. Liaise closely with Regional Operations Managers and Plant Head to resolve plant issues and coordinate regular meetings with plant representatives based on data analysis.
  3. Liaising and coordinating with external parties including but not limited to, plant owners, mill owners, TNB, government bodies, contractors, and suppliers on O&M related matters.
  4. Assist in monitoring and improve plants O&M performance including compilation and preparation of various O&M data reports.
  5. Assist in develop, implement, and maintain O&M SOP and methodology to be adopted at the plants.
  6. Assist in the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management System at all plants and assume key role in the Safety Committee.
  7. Assist the O&M Head in monitoring the O&M cost for each plant.
  8. Collaborate with plant representative in procurement activities.
  9. Participate and be a team member for new projects providing inputs on O&M matters as and when required.
  10. Producing the monthly report complete with analysis compared to budget, financial models DAAs for each plant for management.
  11. Assisting in preparation of department report to be tabled during Management Committee Meeting fortnightly.
  12. Performing and undertaking any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by superior/management from time to time.
