Harman Faiz Habib Muhamad

Chairman

Harman Faiz Habib Muhamad was appointed to the Board of Cenergi SEA Berhad on 11 August 2023 and was subsequently re-designated as Chairman of the Company, effective 15 July 2025.

Harman Faiz is currently the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of UEM Lestra Berhad (“UEM Lestra”), the green industries arm and wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Group Berhad (“UEM”). Prior to this, he served as Director, Commercial and Director, Corporate Support Services of UEM, where he oversaw several key departments, including Legal, Secretarial, Human Resource, Property and Administration, and Information Technology.

He began his professional journey as an Advocate and Solicitor at Messrs Mohd Khamil & Co and Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co. He then served as Head of Legal Services at Malakoff Corporation Berhad before joining UEM.

He currently holds directorships in subsidiary and associated companies under UEM Lestra.

Harman Faiz holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia.

Ahmad Jauhari Yahya

Director

Ahmad Jauhari joined Cenergi as a director on 28 October 2015 and was subsequently appointed as its Executive Director on 12 August 2016. On 27 October 2023, he was redesignated from Executive Director to Director (Non-Executive)

He has over 25 years of experience in Energy and Power. He joined Malakoff in 1994 as its Chief Executive Officer and spearheaded its growth to become Malaysia’s leading Independent Power Producer (IPP). He also served as the Managing Director of Malaysian Airlines from 2011 to 2015 and has held directorships in several of Malaysia’s leading companies, including MMC, Sapura Resources and Time Engineering. He is currently serving as a Chairman of Minconsult Sdn. Bhd and sitting on the board of Taliworks Corporation Berhad, Sapura Resources Berhad, Proton Holdings Berhad, Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn. Bhd, DRB-HICOM Defence Technologies Sdn. Bhd and Composites Technology Research Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Ahmad Jauhari holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham and was awarded an honorary Doctor of Business Administration from the same institution.

Mohd Firdaus Hisham

Director

Mohd Firdaus Hisham was appointed to the Board of Cenergi SEA Berhad on 1 January 2023. 

He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of UEM Group Berhad and also a Board member of UEM Lestra Berhad.  He oversees three key portfolios – Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) as well as Business Development.

Prior to joining UEM Group, he was a Director in Khazanah’s Investments team where he led the Portfolio Value Development/Sentinel, Tourism and Iskandar teams. Before that, Firdaus held leadership roles in Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s New Energy Division and Korean conglomerate SK Group after starting his career at Macquarie Group. He is an experienced management, investment, and strategy professional with exposure across various sectors including renewable energy, technology, infrastructure, logistics, agrifood and aviation. 

Firdaus graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with B.Sc in Actuarial Science, B.A in Finance and B.A in Economics.

Fariz Azman Zainul Azman

Director

Fariz Azman Zainul Azman was appointed to the Board of Cenergi SEA Berhad on 15 July 2025.

He currently serves as General Counsel of UEM Group Berhad, where he oversees Legal and Secretarial departments, advising on strategic transactions, dispute management, and regulatory compliance.

Recognised as a market-leading lawyer in projects and infrastructure, he brings extensive experience in cross-border transactions and infrastructure development, including renewable energy initiatives across Southeast Asia.

He has held senior roles in several leading legal firms, specialising in corporate, commercial, and infrastructure law. Fariz is also a strong advocate for sustainability, aligning legal strategy with green energy and responsible development goals.

Fariz holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Southampton and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1999.

Noorlida Jelani

Director

Noorlida Jelani was appointed to the Board of Cenergi SEA Berhad on 15 July 2025.

She is currently the Chief Financial Officer at UEM Lestra Berhad. Prior to this, she served as Head of Group Finance at Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB), where she oversaw financial reporting, treasury operations and credit control.

With over two decades of experience in corporate finance, Noorlida began her career at EY Malaysia and later joined several other organisations, including Tenaga Nasional Berhad and PwC Malaysia, before taking on the role of Assistant General Manager for Corporate Finance and Strategy at Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad.

Noorlida holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
