Cenergi SEA Sdn Bhd (Cenergi), a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Bhd, has appointed Hairol Azizi Tajudin as its new group chief executive officer effective today.




Cenergi Sunseap Energy Solutions Sdn Bhd (CSES), a joint venture between Cenergi EE Holdings Sdn Bhd and Singapore-based Sunseap International Pte Ltd has secured a credit facility up to RM24 million from Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad for IRM Solar Sdn Bhd (IRMS).




Malaysian renewable energy firm Cenergi RE has entered into a Green Club facility of up to RM100 million with MIDF Investment Bank and China Construction Bank Malaysia. The proceeds will be used to fund the company’s biogas-to-energy (BTE) projects in the country.




CENERGI RE Sdn Bhd plans to build nine biogas-to-energy (BTE) plants after obtaining a Green Club Facility of RM100m, equally provided by MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd and China Construction Bank Malaysia Bhd (CCB).
