Management’s Perspective:
Dear colleagues
I wanted to take this opportunity to brief everyone about an internal committee called Review Committee, or more simply known as “RC”.
The function of RC is to allow various teams a channel to get views and feedback from a group of their peers. Whilst RC is most commonly used to review investment papers prior to tabling to Investment Committee, not many know that the RC can also be used to obtain feedback and debate on other matters including sector strategy, country strategy and proposals to clients.
Jointly chaired by Bernard and myself, with Arif as secretariat, the RC is
convened as and when required and comprises of a rotating membership of HODs and/or managers. With a minimum quorum of 5 persons, the RC serves as a consultative body that can make relevant recommendations to the Group CEO.
I hope that this short write up helps to shed some light on the function of RC and increase awareness that RC is an avenue available to everyone in Cenergi to get that valuable “peer review”.
