Human Resources and Administration


The Human Resources department plays a key role to develop and deliver strategies, approaches and services which generate productive impact to our workforce and company. The team deals with the wellbeing of our employees and oversees all aspects related to the employees include people planning, talent sourcing, people development, performance management, and remuneration. 

The Administration unit oversees the general management of the office by ensuring that its facilities and utilities are sufficiently provided and maintained to uphold a conducive working environment for our employees. The Events unit plans, coordinates, and executes internal office events as well as any participation in conferences and exhibitions. Although the Administration and Events division operates within two very distinct purviews, both require a strong hands-on approach, which ultimately creates an unconventional yet synergistic team.
